How To Get Vitamin D

Vitamin D also known as calciferol, is a very important vitamin for humans which includes development of the teeth and bones, growth of the immune system and much more importance as it play a lots of role.

The main source of Vitamin D is the sun, when exposed to the sun by the early hours of the day, one tends to gain vitamin D through exposure to UV rays.

Apart from the sun there are other sources which are;

Salmon

Mushroom

Milk

Sardines and

Eggs.

 

You do not necessarily have to depend on the sun for your vitamin D, you have other sources.
